Language, Literacy and Communication
In the Autumn Term Year 1 enjoyed learning the story of ‘The Gingerbread Man’. Year 1 put actions to the story to help them remember how to order and sequence the story. During the second part of the Autumn Term, Year 1 are reading ‘The Enormous Turnip’ and will re-write the story using a different vegetable, place and ending.
